HOW A PERSONAL SUCCESS STORY BECAME A GLOBAL AGENCY
In 2013, our founder Jasa Furlan launched his first brand on Amazon. At the time, the marketplace looked very different — but the core challenge was already clear:
how do you stand out, scale, and stay profitable in a highly competitive environment?
Between 2013 and 2016, Jasa focused exclusively on building, scaling, and exiting his own Amazon brands. He didn’t just study Amazon — he lived it.
He navigated:
- account suspensions and reinstatements
- constant algorithm changes
- inventory planning under cash-flow pressure
- high-stakes PPC decisions where mistakes were expensive
As the results became visible, something else happened.
Fellow entrepreneurs, brand owners, and friends began asking the same question:
“Can you help my brand start selling on Amazon?”
What started as a few favors quickly revealed a bigger problem. Most “marketing agencies” didn’t understand the operational reality of being an Amazon seller. They could run ads, but they didn’t know how to protect account health, manage global FBA logistics, or balance growth with profitability.
In 2016, Amazoniac was founded to bridge that gap.

The client sells products with a very low margin, so one of the important KPIs was to keep the cost of advertising as low as possible. Together with the client, we have a goal where the Target Total ACoS will be lower than 10%.
The result of one portfolio of campaigns is an ACoS of 4%, and the Total ACoS was 7%. Satisfied customer, satisfied Amazoniacs.

The result of an advertising campaign for a brand new product. By carefully preparing the keyword analysis even before the launch of the new product, we managed to sell more than 13 thousand dollars in the first two weeks, and the cost of advertising amounted to a third of the sales.

Monthly sales figures of one of our clients. We have set a detailed strategy of the development of new products adapted for Amazon audience. We also developed a suitable pricing policy for these products and precisely defined the approach to Amazon PPC advertising.
In 2 years of working together, we have increased the sales on Amazon Europe by tenfold, and in the seasonal months it exceeded 500 thousand Euros.
